Oral Surgery & Teeth Extraction

Teeth Extraction may be required in patients as the last option available and an RCT cannot be performed. Generally grossly decayed teeth, Traumatised tooth or root stumps are extracted in case of infection or as an prophylactic measure.

Wisdom Tooth Extraction/Third Molar Extraction:

Wisdom tooth or third molars are major cuse for pain during it's eruption or decay. Youngsters in age group of 17-22 frequently experience the pain in their jaw and report to our clinic with pain and difficulty in mouth opening.

A Diagnostic X-ray is taken to ascertain the condition and the Impacted Third Molar underneath the bone may be advised for surgical Extraction.

Usually a Third Molar Disimpaction Surgery is carried out in Local Anesthesia.

 

Cosmetic Jaw Corrections/ Orthognathic Surgeries:

To cosmetically correct the jaw size and placement, an Orthognathic surgery can be advised by the doctor. This corrects the jaw size and placement to make your upper/or lower jaws proportional to your face.
